Regeneration begins with the soil
ALIADOS supports farmers, local communities, and Indigenous organizations in transitioning towards regenerative agricultural practices that strengthen productivity, food security, and ecosystem health.
This work includes technical training, field-based support, and inputs to advance farming systems that nourish the soil, restore biodiversity, and create better opportunities for farmers.
Bioeconomy Incubation
Strong local businesses connect farmers to markets
Smallholder farmers cannot build regenerative economies alone. They need strong local businesses that can aggregate and commercialize farm produce.
ALIADOS works alongside entrepreneurs, farmer associations, and community organizations to strengthen their business models, operations, products, and market strategies. By helping these enterprises grow, we create more reliable markets and better income opportunities for the farmers and communities around them.

Flexible Financing
Financing should adapt to local needs, not the other way around.
ALIADOS provides flexible finance designed around the realities of farmers, communities, and rural businesses.
Through low-interest working capital loans and catalytic investments, we help reduce the barriers that often limit the transition towards regenerative practices and bioeconomy growth.
Finance is not provided as an economic resource alone. It is linked to incubation support, trust, and a long-term vision for regeneration.
Responsible Markets
Regenerative production depends on better market opportunities
ALIADOS connects farmers and bioeconomy with commercial partners that value sustainability, traceability, quality, and positive social and environmental impact.
We help build more stable, responsible commercial relationships for regenerative production while delivering greater value to farming communities.
Landscape Conservation
Local communities are the best stewards of their territories
ALIADOS works with conservation organizations, researchers, and technical partners to connect regenerative production with broader landscape conservation.
Through these partnerships, local and indigenous communities can better mange and protect biodiversity at the landscape level that aligns with a bioeconomy vision.
In partnership, we show that communities can produce, build successful enterprises, and protect their territories at the same time.

¿Qué hace diferente a ALIADOS?
Transformar la forma en que producimos alimentos nunca ha sido tan urgente. La agricultura sigue siendo una de las principales presiones sobre los ecosistemas, pero también puede convertirse en una de las mayores oportunidades para regenerar paisajes, fortalecer economías locales y conservar la biodiversidad.
ALIADOS trabaja desde esa posibilidad: construir soluciones que nacen en el territorio, se adaptan a las realidades locales y conectan a comunidades, productores, bioemprendimientos, financistas y mercados responsables bajo una visión compartida.
